Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information processed by PnL Glance when you use its connected Monitor and iPhone companion features.
Information processed
To provide account monitoring, PnL Glance may process account and Monitor identifiers; broker, trading-server, currency, balance, equity, margin, and connection metadata; open-position and PnL information; account snapshots; heartbeats; and trade-event records reported by the connected Monitor.
For the iPhone companion, PnL Glance processes app-account and device installation identifiers, credential hashes, pairing state, platform/environment details, feature and notification preferences, and device activity information. It also processes ordinary notification registrations and ActivityKit registrations, including push-to-start and Live Activity update-token records. Push token values are stored in protected encrypted form by the Backend.
We also process limited operational and security records, such as authentication, pairing, and delivery diagnostics, to operate, investigate reliability issues, and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate the Monitor and mobile companion, associate a user-authorized device with an account, present account monitoring information, deliver supported notifications and Live Activity updates, maintain service security, and diagnose service reliability.
Choices and controls
You can control iOS notification permissions and supported sound and Live Activity preferences in the app. Disconnecting a linked account is designed to revoke the associated access and Monitor credential. Device and network settings can also affect whether updates or notifications are displayed.
Storage and retention
PnL Glance stores the categories above as needed to provide monitoring, pairing, delivery, security, and diagnostic functions. We do not publish a fixed retention period in this policy. Retention may therefore vary by the operational record and service need.
Security
The service uses authentication controls, hashed credentials, protected token storage, and operational safeguards intended to protect service data. No system can guarantee absolute security; keep your trading-account and device access credentials secure.
Third-party platforms
Notifications and Live Activities rely on Apple platform services. Their delivery, display, and availability are subject to your device settings, connectivity, and Apple’s services.
Contact and updates
A direct customer-support contact channel is not currently published. This policy may be updated as the service and support channels evolve; the effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
